A workplace IV session should feel organized, private and optional—not like a pop-up treatment squeezed between the printer and the snack shelf.

ZipDrip provides mobile IV therapy for offices and corporate groups in the Vancouver area. The RN-led clinical part belongs to the provider. The employer’s job is to create good logistics and protect each participant’s privacy.

Start with the purpose and headcount

Are you planning a small executive booking, a post-event recovery option or a larger wellness day? Give ZipDrip an estimated headcount, preferred date, office address and available time window. Group size helps determine scheduling, space and whether more than one RN may be needed.

Make participation genuinely voluntary

Employees should be able to opt in or decline without pressure. Avoid language that implies participation is required to be a team player, recover from work demands or disclose a health concern. IV therapy is an individual healthcare decision, even when the company is paying.

Choose a private, practical room

A boardroom can work if it is clean, quiet and removed from regular traffic. The room needs comfortable seating, good lighting, access for equipment and enough space for the RN to work safely. It should not double as a public viewing area.

  • Reserve the room for setup, treatment and cleanup—not just infusion time.
  • Provide visitor access, parking and elevator instructions in advance.
  • Keep food service and alcohol away from the treatment area.
  • Prevent photos or casual drop-ins unless every participant has clearly agreed.
  • Confirm how used single-use supplies and medical waste will be handled by the clinical team.

Separate scheduling from health information

An organizer may coordinate time slots, but health histories, medications, allergies and candidacy decisions belong between the participant and the provider. Do not collect medical details in a shared spreadsheet or ask the RN to report who was accepted, declined or treated unless a lawful and appropriate process has been established.

Build realistic appointment slots

Most treatments are listed as taking roughly 30 to 60 minutes, with extra time needed for individual screening, setup and wrap-up. Avoid stacking meetings immediately before and after each slot. A participant should not be expected to keep presenting on a video call while an RN is starting an IV.

Confirm the menu and quote

Ask for the current group options, what each treatment includes and how the quote is structured. Do not advertise a formula or health outcome to employees until ZipDrip has confirmed the current offering. If the company requires an invoice, purchase order or receipt format, settle that before the event.

Keep the claims grounded

Position the session as a convenient, optional service—not a guaranteed productivity boost, burnout cure or replacement for sick leave. Individual responses vary, and an RN may determine that someone is not an appropriate candidate.

A clean plan makes the day feel easy

The best office session is almost uneventful: participants know where to go, the RN has room to work, medical conversations stay private and the rest of the office carries on. That is what mobile care should do—remove friction without lowering clinical standards.
