How Much Does Mobile IV Therapy Cost in Vancouver? What Shapes a Quote

The honest answer is that there is no single public ZipDrip price that applies to every mobile IV appointment. Your quote can depend on the treatment, the amount of fluid, your location, timing and whether you are booking for one person or a group.

That may feel less tidy than a price list, but it keeps the quote tied to the actual appointment. A solo hydration visit to a downtown Vancouver condo is not the same setup as an RN travelling to a North Shore event for several guests.

What can affect a mobile IV therapy quote?

1. The selected treatment

ZipDrip’s menu includes hydration-focused options and formulas that combine saline with selected vitamins, minerals or antioxidants. Ingredient lists and fluid volumes vary. A basic fluid-focused appointment may be quoted differently from a more complex formula. Current formulas should be confirmed at booking because menus can change.

2. Fluid volume

The current services page lists different fluid volumes across treatments, including 250 mL, 500 mL and 1 L options. The appropriate option is not simply the biggest bag. Your selection and candidacy should be reviewed using the provider’s clinical process.

3. Mobile location and travel

A mobile RN brings the treatment to a home, office, hotel or approved event location. Travel time, parking, building access and the confirmed service area may influence the quote or availability. Ask before booking if you are outside central Vancouver or if the location has unusual access requirements.

4. Timing and availability

Same-day, evening and weekend appointments may be available, but they are not guaranteed. If your timing is fixed—before a flight, after an event or between meetings—request the exact window and quote before making plans around it.

5. Group size

Weddings, parties, corporate wellness days and athletic groups require more planning than a one-person visit. Headcount, space, scheduling and the number of RNs needed can all affect a group quote. A clear guest count helps the team build a realistic plan.

6. Clinically appropriate add-ons

Some formulas or add-ons may require additional screening or oversight. Do not choose an ingredient only because it sounds stronger. Ask what is included, why it is being considered and whether there are any reasons it may not be suitable for you.

Questions to ask before you book

  • What treatment and fluid volume are included in this quote?
  • Is there a travel or mobile-service charge for my location?
  • Are any optional ingredients or add-ons included?
  • What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
  • For a group, how many people and RNs are included?
  • Will I receive an itemized receipt?

What about insurance or a health spending account?

Coverage varies. ZipDrip does not verify that an insurer will reimburse an IV therapy appointment. The team can provide a receipt for you to submit, but you are responsible for checking eligibility, documentation requirements and reimbursement directly with your insurer or plan administrator.

If reimbursement matters to your decision, contact the insurer before the appointment. Ask whether the service, provider credentials and receipt format meet the plan’s requirements. A receipt is not a promise of coverage.

Value is more than the bag

A mobile quote covers more than ingredients. It also reflects the convenience of RN-led care at your location, sterile single-use equipment, clinical screening, monitoring and cleanup. Compare the full service—not just the number of millilitres or the length of an ingredient list.
